tech wrench CRX dx + B16....What do I do?

Alright, everyone will have to cut me some slack. I know absolutley nothing about Honda. I'm used to mitsubishis, but im giving Honda a whirl now. I've decided to go with the CRX and a B16A swap. The problem is that I have a CRX DX. I need to know whether i need different mounts or not. I also need to know how to wire it (i might just need to get that done proffesionally). Finally, if are any other special cases that apply to this job, tell me please!

It is going to depend on a lot of different things. If you get the b16a2 with a cable tranny, then you are going to be good as far as the hydrolics go. Wiring is going to need to consist of a new harness, and a new ECU. You are going to need the ECU from a b16 so that vtec will work, and the harness should come with it.
Mounts are going to be different. But there are kits out there. Try HASport. If you get this done though, you are going to have a quick, very fun car.

You need either a pr3 or pw0 ECU. USE YOUR DX ENGINE HARNESS!!! If you try to use any other you will have a hell of a time getting any of the main harnesses plugs to match up. The wireing is cake and will only take about 30min to do it right (solder and shrink tubeing) Go to hasports website and print out the DX to SIR instructions and it will be eiser than trying to make tuna caserole . I have done four B16 DX swaps with these instructions and they all have turend out perfect. The only thing you need to use from the B16 harness are the sensor plugs and the injectore harness ( make sure you unrap the wire loom and only cut the wires that will be conected to the DX injectors and the ECU Dont cut the red/black wires that run to each injector) if you order your motor from hondamotorsonline.com and ask for the injector resistore box you will be all set complete swaps are 1250 plus shipping. look to spend around 3000 for the whole project. Also if you live close to Upstate NY we do the complete swap for around 3500 depending on what extra's you want. If you have anymore questions just email me or post it here.
