D15 to D16 swap

hey ive been out of the honda game for a long time so if you guys could help me out i'd appreciate it. im working with a 93 civic dx 1.5 SOHC non vtec and going to swap to a 98 civic 1.6 SOHC VTEC. From what i remember the last time i did a similar swap all i had to do was swap the wiring harness amd ECU, everything else was a bolt-in deal, but i didn't do it with an OBDII car so i'm not sure what to expect or what other challenges i could run into. any help from SHO is always appreciated.
