shop swap cost?

Approx how much would it cost to have a shop install a b18c1 motor into a '95 civic? Just trying to get a realistic idea.

That all depends on what shop does it. Everybody is different. Theres no set price for this.

of course there is no set price, that's why i asked for approx. I'm just trying to guage estimates. I agree that doing it myself would be very beneficial but I don't have the time and certainly not the space to have this done myself. There are a few reputable shops in the area, including LHT, to have this done at. As you can see, I never post on here, I mainly find whatever I'm looking for via search but couldn't find anything in relation to this.

Since you know a few reputable shops, doesn't it seem reasonable to call them and get estimates?

You should also see if there are any forums that are local to your area. They may be able to find more useful info.
