6th gen civics have one peice harnesses. Thinking doing a OBDII GSR swap into my 2000 Civic EX. Don't really want to hack wires and extend wires etc. Can a 99-00 Civic SI harness bolt right up or not?
Yes that will work good, but unless you swap the intake manifold for an aftermarket one, or remove the secondary IAB setup from the stock one, you will have to add the IAB wiring to the Si harness also.
