tech wrench Passport stalling out

My 95 Passport stalls out while in neutral, if I don't give it constant gas.
Also, it's very hesitant to start. It takes a few seconds before it will turn on.

I know that their fuel injectors go bad, and am wondering if this may be what causes the stalling?

most likely the fuel pressure regulator is leaking. pull off the vacuum line while it's running and check for fuel leaking out. feather the vacuum line over it's connection to 'coax' it out if it doesn't seem...leaky. ANY fuel from the vacuum line means it's bad,and from what you described it WILL be leaking out.
