help finding nsx taillights

i am looking for a set of nsx tail lights to do a conversion on my prelude, but the acura dealership i called said that they couldnt sell me any without the vin for the nsx they are going on.
the guy was pretty rude so i dont know if he was b.s.ing me or what.if someone could offer me some advice or a place to check it would be greatly appreciated.

I hear they're extremely hard to find ... other than at dealerships. And if the dealership won't sell u any ... make a new thread asking for a vin number ... or see if u can find one on autotrader or something .. then take that number to the dealership and snatch up those tails!

Good luck with the conversion man

They are mad expensive, I believe upwards of $1000.

Doesn't surprise me about the VIN number thing; Honda doesn't seem to like to part stuff out when it comes to the NSX.
