I just watched some JGTC and I don't think the NSX teams are doing well. Makes me sad to see them all the way back trying to catch up. Maybe it's just me??
know what you mean, not a good sight. The nsx is just too old now but it was dominating for so many years. But dont worry they will have this in 2006.....

NSX's will be discontinued at the years end, but Honda will bring out something bigger and better to replace it in 2008.
2008 is going to be too soon. more like late 2009 or early 2010. and hondas discontinuing the current nsx thru weak ass excuses. emmision requirements too strict. i don't beleive it since the nsx was the first ULEV super car. plus i bet you current ferraris or lambos put out more emmisions than the nsx. Xanavi/NisMo Z's are kicking ass and taking names right now and for the past two years. Honda, sorry to say, only held the reign on JGTC for about a couple of years. far cry from the dominating performance from the NisMo and TRD teams. JGTC always belonged to Nissan anyways.
The NSX is actually winning in the GT300 class.....thats where its dominating and leading in the points. The GT500 cars are another story tho. Thos are the twin turbo NSXs and for some reason nissan is always winning that class. Then they have that weight compensation penalty for winners so the races are very close.

so imagine how much more dominating nissan can be if they removed thoses weight ballasts. honda had its reign in F1 and motorcycle racing, when it comes to touring car championships Nissan has always dominated. also in GT300 class, NisMo has their Fairladys doing ok as of now but give Nissan a few more seasons and pretty soon they'll dominate both classes.
The NSX have gone back to NA and are doing well in both the 300 and 500 class. At Motegi NSX cars came in 1st & 2nd, and in the latest round at FISCO an NSX took the poll and came in 2nd in the 500, and in the 300 the NSX won.

The GT500 cars arent twin turbo anymore?? Im glad to see them winning again.
