i'm looking for info on the nsx motor. are there different ones like in the intergra series i.e. b18b b18c. also what do the motors run for a replacement if you need a new one. i'm looking to arm myself with some info on the car before i start to look for one for myself. i was thinking i could get one with a bad motor and maybe replace it for a decent price or maybe not. thanks for any and all info
i'm looking to get one but what are the different models i've read about the targa which i believe is a removable top are there two one with removable and one without does the price change much depending on which one and what do the engines run in price to get a new used one for a replacement because i might be able to get an nsx with a blown motor i'm still waiting on a response from this guy but if it's worth it i'll buy it then a motor for it thanks for all info
What does blue printed mean and how does it make more power?
Blueprinting of an engine refers to a set of standard measurements or ‘blueprints’ produced for competition engines to keep the modifications as standard as possible. This leads to closely matched competition between competitors, keeping overall costs down. It is possible to maximize the power of the engine by building it around the maximum prescribed tolerances, therefore keeping the engine legal within the regulations.

Is the nsx the motor the same engine in the v6 legend?? i know they are both c-series, don't know for sure though. If you are trying to find an nsx with no motor or a bad one, good luck. They are hard enough to come by with a motor
Mods: basically stock since im a broke college student

not even close that would be a bad-ass legend if they did have the same motor!!!
no their are not different moters for the nsx. it is the same moter as the 3.2tl(i think).
if you are going to repair a bad moter it will be expensive.
wrong TL 3.2 engine is a J32. shared with the J30 from the Accords, J35 with the MDX, TL type S, Ridgeline, Pilot. J** engines are of a SOHC variety. NSX's used a C30/32 depending on the year. C** engines are of a DOHC variety.
