Good luck..... Most of the people who want to convert their NSXs to the newer lights don't do it because of the price. Your not gonna find them cheap (under $3000.00).
If your still curious, check SOS (Science of Speed). They have a update kit for the NSX. This is where we would look for updating our older NSXs, it's slightly cheaper then Honda, but the headlights are OEM. It will run you $3200.00

It looks like he may want to be converting his prelude headlights into nsx headlights. Totally not worth the money, especially considering that the prelude headlights already look great imo. But anyways, he's probably already found it this thread is from september of 2004.
