Can't find link that had extensive details about the diff. between all model years?

Not the exact one that I was looking for but thanks for pointing it out.. the one that I had seen before was just a year by year spec page that highlighted changes from the previous year. Specifically I was looking for changes from MY05 to MY06.. I need to read about the TCS and DBW to see if they are really worth anything or if I should go MY04/05 since I want an

it's definitely in there... S2000 FAQ, stickied at the top... then there's a link to a thread simply entitled "S2000 Spec Sheet" which has a full listing of the official Honda specs for each model year up to 2006. I'd post the link... but tbh I'm too lazy to do the work for you when it's just a few clicks away.
