Front license plate

In California it the law to have a front license plate on your bumper. Now I don't have a frame for the license plate frame, but I do have the hole covers. I would like to know how many of you out there have your front license plate on your bumper?

got ticketed for that down here in houston
i have mine on the bumber
as much as i dont like it

im here in fresno ca. and to be honest I was never pulled for not having a front plate on the bumper only for the dark tint on the front windows

It's the law here in WI too. Gone over 4 years without it and never had a problem . . . yet.

I guess it depend on the cop then, I haven't been pull over for it yet either but I'm playing it safe so I bought the frame. That suck now, but better that then getting pull over.
