Then i think i should be fine..ill jus go test drive one and thatll give me a better feeling. Ive been reading that they are an extreme amount of fun and if i got one id rather have the ap2 for the torque reasons..after buyin the si i understand why they call the b16 the torqueless wonder lol..it runs for its size tho. Is there anything that you guys dislike about the interior?

center console is elevated between the passenger and the driver... so beware.. if your a wide guy... u might feel a bit claustrophobic.... the si is still a torqueless wonder... unless u feel a nsx pull, ull never know what "honda torque" will ever feel like... ohh put in the h22 as well... petty torquey for what it is... but other than the nsx... ehhh s2000 feels more like a motor bike... in a car...

yes there are many things that i dislike about the interior.. for instance if you are a 2000 model ap1, then you are going to get a plastic rear window... which will look like shit in a couple of years bathed in the sun.... get it replaced with a glass or (easier solution is to just buy one with glass rear 2003-present)

2nd thing wrong with the car: sound system is out right horrible... get a set of new speakers if your a audiophile
3rd issue with the car: (well its not my concern but) passengers complain about the little bump coming up underneath the passenger seat due to the tranny location
4th issue: ride noise and ride quality...... its definitely not luxury ... dont think of this as ur daily driving car unless ur tarzan

and finally what i hate the most... but i cant complain because all roadsters seem to have this problem except the 4 seaters... ( it does not have FULLY RECLINABLE SEATS!!!!!!... u cannot sleep in this car... something that i love to do but cant... atleast not in this

theres more problems... ofcourse but u will only find these flaws by spending time with the car..

ohh i almost forgot about to tell you about the secret compartment in the s2k... yea dont forget that... try finding it out for yourself... it took me about 4 months after owning the car to find out that there is actually a secret compartment in the car.

yea no more ranting about the 2 seater... after all it is a roadster .... but still the ride quality is stupendously more stiff than other roadsters.... thats IMO

is there anything else guys... cmon... rant with me...

if i ever did a motor swap for the si i would do the k20 haha because i love the power of those things even N/A.. but i most likely wont do very much to it and later on try to sell it and my del sol so i can get the s2000..it seems to me that the s2k is more of a real honda/driver enthusiest type car..ive done so much reading on s2ki about them that ive plumm tired of reading lol and for the hiddin compartment i tried to search google and such but no luck here..i hope your not refering to the one between the seats due to the fact that its very easy to see haha but i doubt you are

when you were refering to the bump at the passenger side is it down next to the feet correct?

and i wish i could afford an nsx haha

u can.. a 91-92 nsx used ofcourse goes for about for m3... or a new evo.. so IMO affordable?
but ofcourse this is with some searching involved...
yes i am referring next to the passenger side... there is an elevation due to the transmission... personally i dont think anything of it cause im driving... but sometimes.... passengers will complain... cause it feels slightly awkward... but its not a big deal...

Anyone else ever notice, that in the AP1, the right shoulder room for the passenger, is much less than the left shoulder room for the driver? Weird.

Never noticed. I've never been in the passanger seat, only the driver's, but I'm also a small/medium framed guy.

I agree that the Del Sol's have more leg room. The center is a bit elevated, so it's a little more challenging getting cozy with your passenger.
