Final Fantasy VIII for PC! Help!!

Arrgghhhhhhh

My 2nd CD is ruined! I can't play anymore! I tried scratch remover and everything!

Anyone know where I can get another copy? I have spent the last hour looking at Amazon, Gohastings, Wal-Mart, Buy, every other .com there is, and I can't find it anywhere! I want the PC version, because its got the enhanced graphics, but its nowhere to be found. I want it soon, so I don't want to wait for an E-bay auction, but that may be all I can do. Anyone else have any better ideas of where to find it??

wow that is one hard game to find. i couldn't find it anywhere. how did you get it in the first place. i didn't even know that they made FF8 for the PC. wow.

Well, the game is discontinued so I doubt you'll find it ANYWHERE but Ebay. I did a search for you and there are PLENTY of people selling them with only hours left. You should check it out. But quite honestly....the Playstation version actually looks better. Squaresoft spent no time enhancing the graphics whatsoever. The resolution is only set at 320X240. Have you played the Playstation version? MY advice to you if you have a PSOne or PS2...get the $20 game for the console. The only thing the PC has that's better are the CG movies.
