gas return line

if i pinch the gas return line does it give me something alot of poeple down home do it.... and on the trottle body theres 2 line of prestone goes true the body if u by pass out side of the trottle body do you gain they say almost 8hp is it true were are they located does 2 line on a 97 honda acura vtec thanks
