Me VS 3 swapped motor civics

I was out rolling around last night bored as hell. It was about 10:00 10:30 so it was getting late and not much traffic out and about. I recently wrecked my crx, and picked up a 03 Dodge SRT-4. I was just about to pack it up and go home when I saw 5.0 mustang from the corner of my eye calling my name with the loud oh so familar Ford exhaust note. I thought about it for oh about half a second before I turned into a housing edition to make a u-turn. As i flicked my left wrist to hit my turn signal something else out of the other corner of my eye distracted my attention totally away from the 5.0. I see 3 tricked out civics sitting in the parking lot with there respective owners standing near by. I drive by really slow not blowing off at them or anything hoping they will see the wingless trunk and blow it off as your normal run of the mill Neon.

No luck, right when i hit my turnaround i see them hurry to their cars like they have seen the police. I then hear really high reving and one of them burnout as they leave the parking lot. I just continue my commuter pace and they go flying past me. I catch up and meet my first opponent.; a EBP civic Si with what looks to be candy purple Volks. Very clean and nicely done car.

We slow down to a 2nd gear roll and hit it with no one honking. I go when he goes. We are even till high 2nd early 3rd when I hit full boost and blow past him as my BOV screams and immediatly put about 3 cars on him. I then slow down and we go again. Same result 3rd gear raping

I slow down; breath a sigh of relief as I spot no cops and take in my truimph. But my celebration is a short one as here comes a friend trying to redeem the Si's confidence.

I get a quick look at the opponent. Its a black EJ coupe. Once again a clean non ricey looking civic. He revs at me to let me know he is game. We go at it from a second gear roll with again no honk. I give him the hit. Just like the Si even through 2nd his car screaming in vtec letting me know its diffently a DOHC swap. I shift into 3rd and here comes full boost my autometer gauge shoots to 15 psi. I dont hear a BOV next to me; so that lets me know he is N/A more than likely. I immediatly shoot 3 cars ahead and continue to pull till I slow down.

Ok now im almost positive the last civic will want a piece too. I slow down preparing for him and here he comes screaming up next to me. At this point we are to traffic so I cant go any further. He is now being a total ricer reving to like 4-5k next to me and speeding ahead. He then gets next to me as we are going and pushes the clutch in reving to like 7 or 8k. Its another black Ej but with primer grey fenders. I hollar at him about the traffic ahead of me but he cant hear over his annoying reving. He drops a gear and goes screaming in vtec then turns on his four-way flashers. Now im kinda pissed. So we finally get a stop light we are in front on the 2 lanes. He revs at me and i rev back. I rev to only about 2.5k-3k knowing my axles are clicking bad. I didnt want a stop light but its what i got. He gets the jump off the light by about a half car maybe less. I pull even as I slam the shifter into second as my axles are screaming for forgiveness. Once i hit the top of second just like the others I pull out 3 cars. I keep going a little more to teach the punk a lesson and then shut it down. The first guy I raced with the Si catches up to me and says "Your car is quick" I say thanx and go about my way.


cliff notes- my SRT-4 w/ catch can, dumped exhaust, exhaust depot upipe, intake, beats 3 DOHC swapped civic coupes. Not 100% on the motors or mods. Im thinking B16 or B18c1's with bolt-ons.

nice kills, srt4s are fast cars when they get modded. the only civics that will stand a chance against you are the boosted ones and k swaped ones.

that was a waste of a read.. you dont even know if they had b series motors.. you just assumed by the way they sounded WHILE you were racing.. so i assume you were paying more attention to what their car sounded like then the road or the noise of your car.. so all you are sure of is that you raced a pretty much stock si.. thats hard to say nice kill.. thats like me racing a geo.. not really an even race

Im not new to Hondas guys. I know what a D series and a B series sounds like. I never said my car was fast. I guess DOM is a little butt hurt that a SRT posts a Honda kill.Yes it does take some serious work to make an all-motor civic coupe or anything but a hatch really go. They picked the fight with me and I raced and beat them fair and square. The guy in the Si was cool. I wanna run a semi built b series all-motor Honda. Too bad ur not even all-motor 9400 RPM's. Wow u can beat my slow stock 4-door with the bottle congrats to u. Ill give u a cookie.

The nitrous hasn't been on this car...in...a year or more..if that.. i sprayed this car like 3 times..and that was along time ago..before i got my itbs..and before i got my bigger cams..lmfao..
i walk anything not boosting 10psi or more.

I didnt mean to get so offensive but u guys came after me. I tried to get the mods of the cars I raced but they wouldnt tell me. I was just making an educated guess. The reason why I brought up his bottle was because these were all motor cars I assume I was racing. Yes force induction is force induction I have nothing against nitrous. I have ran nitrous on 3 of the cars I have owned. I have no hate for your car 9400 RPM's. I used to have me an all-motor hatch. It just takes more work and more money to go as fast as boost unless u have amazing power to weight.
