Moms Corolla vs Idiot Ricer

I was driving my moms 100% stock 03 corolla (130hp). I stop at a red light and a black civic pulls up next to me with a huge wing, rims, stickers, all the other dress up stuff. I was checking out his car and all and he saw me doing it so he revved his engine up, as a joke, I revved mine. Sure enough both of us are in race mode Light turns green, I floor he, he floors, I stay near his back door / bumper. Once we hit 60 in a 35 he got scared backed off, I floored it to 70 I fly by him and he turns. Around 30 minutes later I see his car parked at CVS and I park next to him. He looks at me and he shakes his head gets in his car opens the windows and raises the radio. Yesterday I installed 2 12 inch subs and amp pumping out 800 watts RMS. I bump my shit over his shit and he turns it off, I turn my radio off. He looks at me and he goes "What the fuck is wrong with you idiot? I replied by saying "What do you mean" He gets all beligerent and what not and goes "You know I would of smoked you if I didn't let off" My friend who is a big shit talker goes "Well you didn't, on top of that you proved you have no balls" The guy goes.. OK right now lets go on srhw (stretch around 1/4 mile with no lights / stop signs) so I go just for shibbies and we stop right at the start of the stretch. He goes on green we go. (starting light then next light is 1/4 mile) So I open the windows light turns yellow moms car is automatic so I held the brake gassed it a bit, soon as it hits green I take off.. dude next to me drops the clutch to early or some shit and the car stalls and shuts off I let off the gas and coast, he starts back up and turns around and speeds off. To me this was a bit funny. I love Honda's don't get me wrong. I just hate it when people ride around bone stock all riced out with just an exhaust talking shit.. The sad part was his car had all the ricer appeal on the exterior and his engine was bonestock except for some horrible exhaust.. to top it off he had tach /w shift light on the dash lol. sad, eh?

pretty funny. That kind of shit happened to me all the time when I had my Integra... It looked all stock but i had the b20 The girl i sold it to tells me ricer try to race her all the time... Plus she is hot.

Well yeah your right partially. I'm only 16 and only have a permit. I can't get my car because no licensed driver at my house can drive stick so it will be sitting in the driveway. Also because I live in the city, and to drive here you need to have breaks on the passenger side. I put the system in because It was given to me for free because he upgraded to w7s and I got a free install. So all I have to do is take the wires out and put it in my car when I get it. I have the money for my car, august is my bday and i'll be able to get my license so that's when I get my car. Racing on public roads, yes, it is irresponsible but no one was around just me and him. Also, everyone can have their own opinion. I personally dislike riced out cars in terms of appeal, when under the hood is bone stock. That doesn't mean I talk shit, it's that persons car, he/she can do whatever.

So what kinda car do you have ? And what the fuck are you talking about breaks ( im guessing brakes ) on the passenger side?

In NYC where I live in order for me to drive with a permit the passenger side must have brakes. Dual brakes meaning, breaks where the licensed driver sits. It's stupid. I don't have a car, i'm currently saving up and can't make my mind up. I like the 92-94 hatchbacks. Not to mention it fits my budget. But I also like the new civics. Only problem is the insurance will kill me, so i'm trying to find a job. But i'm most likely going to end up getting the hatch. Also, no one in my house can drive stick and I don't want an automatic.

that sucks. im just outside of NYC in rockland, and i have never heard of that law. so they have to retro fit the car with a set of brake pedals in the passengers seat?
