I can safely say the H22 powered Coupe before it was destroyed got me to 135 very easily, I didn't want to go any faster since there was loads of Camaro cops running around in Ft. Worth.
Anyway, the M has gotten me closer to 190 than most cars I've drivne, I must have hit 187 around 5 a.m. down in Mexico.
Suckers would never catch me, but I'll have to put up with the Civic Coupe, I have done around 118 or so on that so far.
Rear wheel drive seems to be more precise, and for some reason, it feels like more downforce.
Mods: 17's, Spec C suspension, whiteline sway bar mounts, Perrin rear end links, Perrin twin tip cat back, Tint/audio/match painted trim parts, Etc.
slim tim....did something like that. I used to be a youth leader and I lost the caravan...had a car load of junior highers and I pinned that old school caravan to the floor....hit 100...governed. Got busted cause one of the kids blabbed.....
Oh and dude up above....I don't know what M you are talking about but if it's the m series bmw you better check your speedo. All M3 are governed at 163mph and the M5 is at 155mph.

In my former M3 that's chipped.
No governor = craziness fun.
I wish I could list all of the mods...but if you know Dinan and ACS, you'd get the idea.
140+ in a friends CMR Integra LS
190 in a '94 Porche 911 that wasn't street legal
134.23 in my '87 CR-X Si with a custom final drive (actually lowers the top speed) (tested in utah last year)
my dads friend has a 02 911 porsche turbo with some mods and he was telling me about 3 hours away there is a perfect road thats almost impossible to get to, you have to like drive throgh countless rural roads and paths and crap, if you dont know how to exactly get there you will never find it, he said he has hit 200 up there.
160 on my Yamaha R1
145 91 Mr2 Turbo
140 94 Integra LS/Vtec
