SCCA HS Upgrade Suggestions/Ideas

I apologize for the long post in advance and WELCOME your suggestions.

As I begin my second auto-x season, I have about as many questions as ideas. We ran the car almost bone stock last year and are ready to begin with a few upgrades. Pretending that money is not an issue, I'd LOVE to take the car to full Stock allowances.

Driver
2 SCCA Regional Novice Schools (1 last year and 1 last week)
Attending EVO P1 next month
About 18 events so far

Car
93 Civic Si 149,xxx miles
K&N Panel
MSD Super Conductor wires
Full Synthetics (crank, tranny, and brakes)
eBay Special muffler (but it DOES sound good!)
1st Gen CRX Si alloys (14x5 40mm offset, same as the OEM steelies)
VERY OLD and nearly worn out V700's (PO thought around 5 years old)
ES poly FSB body and endlink bushings
Factory Spec alignment

(Every thing else is OEM)

Just Ordered
New 195/55 V710's (pressure suggestions are WELCOMED!)
Koni Sports (setting suggestions, too!)

My observations

The car is really fun on the street but transforms into a wallowing beast on our tight courses. I fairly routinely "tricycle" the car. I even managed to BICYCLE it once, according to the corner workers. Aside from that, her body roll is very unsettling at best.

Her steering ratio can REALLY make for a challenge on tight, linked turns.

Her relatively tall gearing sees the car either frequently bouncing off the limiter, or bogging down in second.

In short, the car never feels like it ever really "settles" as the weight transfer in any direction is extremely pronounced. Couple that with gearing issues and it feels like a wallowing beast.

Now for the questions...

First off, what am I missing? I'm very strongly considering upgrading the OEM FSB, but I'd like suggestions on swaps and/or brands. I'm considering ST's 25mm bar, but am open here.

I plan to go with 1/16th toe out at all corners to aid with turn-in response, and perhaps, rotation. Since this is a street car, I'm leary to go with any more toe. Suggestions here?

Is there ANY (SCCA HS legal) way to get any negative camber up front?

I would consider a custom (or aftermarket) cat-back, but I can't afford to lose ANY torque.

Any other things you guys see?

Thanks!

todd
