What is the best way to get rid of the extra fat on my tummy?? I have no fat anywhere else... and it bothers me like there's no tomorrow. Dieting is out of the question, I just need a few exercises that really work.
sit-ups/crunchers will build up the muscle, but it will still be slightly covered by fat unless you diet/run whatever, don't forget to take your steriods too!
get on a protein diet, which is not really a diet just cut out all carbs. The more muscle u have the quicker you can lose fat. Alotta people can have real large/strong abs but they're still get covered in a small amount of fat and you can get these quicker by doing your exercises properly, concentratin the muscle using weights (you might wanna start light) instead of the "i can do a 1000 sit ups a day" method. Do your sit ups and crunches properly and make sure you feel that you are increasing the size of your muscles. Once you feel you've reached a good point go running, just keep burning as much fat as you can, this is when you start mixing in the endurance exercises for your abs...

I'm on a very strict diet for medical reasons, so it's not something I can change. I'll work out, that's no problem, but I will need to do exercises that don't put stress on my back.
