If you really want to shed some pounds, you'll really have to work at it, and it's not all about eating. What kinds of foods do you crave? (It makes a difference, and may help you)

Dude its cool stay calm and keep chill. Your answer will not be in a pill. Their is a Marlin Manson song that talks about a pill for this and a pill for that a pill to stop the pain a pill for well i cant remember it but even he comes to a conclusion that the answer is not in a pill. Dude you just have to get out their and have fun haveing fun is the most important part to being healthy and loosing weight. And bro you can ride your bike to school its awesome and its fun low impact exercise.

The fact that your craving sugar could indicate another problem, same with craving carbs, like bread and pasta. Try eating things that are sweet, but healthy. Angel food cake is something good, also, fruits can be good, but in small quantities, as they are full of sugar. Chewing gum, or sucking on candy (that will last) may also help. Eating foods that leave you full, but not sick, is a good start, and it's all about portion control. Eat slow, and eat pastas and grains, which will fill you up. Drinking water also "tricks" your body into feeling full.

hungry? eat celery, it takes the body more calorie to do the actual eating, then the calorie celery provides.

you can eat as much as you want.

dont have time to work out? make time. you dont need to set aside 1 whole hour to go to the gym. do crunches/sitsup while watching tv. wake up 20 minutes eariler, eat breakfast, then do 100 push ups.

eat more meals, space it out. instead of 3 meals. eat 5 or 6 smaller meals.

walk whenever possible instead of drive.

use the stairs instead of elevator for 1-2 floors.

watch your diet, avoid high carb, high calorie food. dont chew gum, it will trigger effects in your stomache thinking you are actually when you are not, increasing the feel of hunger.

drinking water to fill your stomache dont work either, the feeling of full lasts about 5-15 minutes, and right after that, a more intense feeling of hunger then before.

avoid pasta, avoid whole grain, both extremely heavy in carbs. make your diet consist of vegetables, lean meat (chicken without skin, lean beef, no pork), fruits, and wheats.

however, eating slow is very good advice, it takes about 20 minutes for the stomache to realize how much food had been eaten, eating slower will avoid over eating.
