Eating right, and sit ups will get you a six pack. I was close just by doing sit ups...i just didn't eat right I was always told that you should leave a day in between exercises to give your muscles time to rest and develop...but that's just what i was told. Don't know if it's correct.

Everyone already has a six-pack, its just hiding under a layer of fat. If you do a shitload of crunches but don't burn the fat you'll actually look fatter because the muscles get bigger under the fat.
Just eat somewhat healthy, run, and do sit-ups.... Crunches are overated IMHO... Get on a decline sit-up board, get nasty and do some real sit-ups.
i heard its bad for your back and or neck if you dont do them in the proper form
when exercising, anything is bad for your body when not using the proper form...its very important, my friend fucked up his back from doing workouts the wrong way

weighted situps on the decline thing, situps on those big balls, leg lifts, leg lifts in the romain chair. you can do abs everyday, but its better if you leave a day in between and eat lots of protien. running also helps a lot, try to do a few miles every other day and do different things when you run. like where you sprint the straights and jog the curves on a track, or just run at a moderate pace for x amount of miles or sprint jog walk is another good one. it takes a while to get abs so be patient. ive been doin mine for about a year and they are starting to look pretty good. do lower back when you do abs too.
