exercising?

im about 150 lbs and about 5-7 5-8. i know im not overweight but im starting to get a gut and love handles, which i dont want. i know i can do sits up and what not but i rather do something else like run .

my question is will running for 30 minutes mm thought thursday be enough exercise for me to start losing my gut? should i run more? do some other type of exercise? i dont need to gain any muscle so lifting weight and or going to the gym is out of the quesions.

my mail goal is to just loose my belly that im starting to gain

i dont eat too much junk food but then again dont eat way too healthy. i would still like to be able to eat the ocassional fast food/pizza/chips and soda and not worry about changing my eating habits...

You cant focus on just one body part to lose weight on. You lose weight as a whole. Cardio can only do so much. Diet also has a big factor. Why are you so against going to the gym and lifting weights?

diet is pretty important.

Basically you need to burn more calories then you consume. I would cut calorie intake to like 2200 or less a day and go running for 20-30 min at least 3 times a week.

Eat foods high in fiber...avoid fast food...it's shit.

I tried posting a question yesterday but my internet fucked up.

I asked if you like to drink beer a lot? Because that can also add unwanted calories to your diet and also start giving you a belly.

But as I stated before, diet is very important. Maybe if you can list some of the stuff you eat we can better help you.
