if ur school has gym, use that, if not, paid membership.

i got a bowflex, various equipment at home. also paid gym membership, and i use the school gym 3 times a week. all the bases covered for being able to workout whenever the urge may arise.

i have some free weights at home, and i have a stocked gym at work.

if you cant stand the gym membership, pay for the gym.

those dbs by bowflex are freakin expensive, though...i'd rather get the iron masters, forget how much they are, but it's like 75 lbs on each.

gym membership, hot girls, hot girls, uh.....hot girls, also you might get more inspiration from seeing some guys there that actually have results, give you an excuse to get outta the house. Just dont take showers at the gym Also depends on what gym and how much equipment they have, cause if they are like my ymca, then a home gym would prolly be better haha.

are you kidding me? Gym membership for suuuuuuuuuuuuuuure. Think of all the women and tight shorts/spandex. It might not be as convenient but its sure a lot better than being at home. Plus, being at the gym alone can be motivational. I can do a lot more pushups at the gym then at home.
