How to get defined/toned
I was just wondering whats the workout procedure to get toned/defined, especially in the arms area, my arms are pretty big but unless i flex they are just big
low weight hi reps of the same workout as before right?

diet.....no way around it. eats lots of chicken....and stay of super high carbs......eat healthy...and over time...you will lean down. I am trying to gain weight/strength right now. I will lean out later

for your arms, do what the other people have said less weight more reps, and do it slowly, that is also a key factor. losing weight helps as well. or if you get tired of working out, just bust out a permanent marker, and draw in your muscles
the only person who give the right information here is l00katme.....high reps just build muscle endurance....you want to be cut its all about the body fat...you want a 6pack its all about he body fat.....you need to get yoru body fat down to 10% or under and then youll be cut....so like lookatme said its all about DIET AND CARDIO....high reps wont make you look cut.
