I dont like salmon either but I get some fish in once in a while. Dont eat tuna more than once every few weeks due to the levels of mercury they contain. Derek doesnt really need to start taking supplements yet, just needs to work on his diet a little and slowly build a workout routine that fits him. Once he is comfortable then he can start taking them. I do recommend a multi-vitamin though.

guru is right, salmon contains hardly any mercury because it is a small fish and dies quick.
Tuna on the other hand is huge and live longer lives, more mercury. I eat a lot of tuna and have never gotten any signs of it, but everyone is different.

Yah too much isnt good for you. Salmon is the best fish for you, I just dont care for the taste. Halibut and Trout are also good substitutes. You just cant really beat the health benefits you get from eating fish.
