lifting and cardio question
I started to lift 3 times a week now for 2 weeks and decided that i need to start doing some cardio to get the fat off of my abs. I'm by no means fat, I'm 5' 10" and only 160 last I checked, it's just all on my abs. I used to have a 7.7% body fat when I was in High School playing Basketball, it has to be at least 12 now. I've already started to eat better and more(4-5 times a day)which jumped my energy up alot. Should i jog, sprint or what? for how long? and when should i do it?

Now to put on the RS*R header and a 3" exhaust.

If you have good knees, you can do running and jogging. I think it is better to actually run outside, than on a treadmill because it is also more difficult to do so, and you get more out of it.
If your knees are like mine and not very good, you can do the stair master, elliptical machine like jon said, or the stationary bike. All are good and do the same thing basically.
Make sure to mix up the speeds too, go faster for a bit and then slow it down and then pick it up again.

I'm just lifting at home so the machines are out of the picture.
Also should I jog on the days I'm lifting or should I do it on the off days?

Its good to do what jon said and do cardio on separate days than your lifting days. But it is also good after you do your workout, to go jogging or something for about 10 to 20 minutes. It will work you twice as hard because you just spent the last however long you spent working out, and now you go and run, it will definitely work you harder, but be more fulfilling.

I think I'll just jog after I lift. Then spend the other days resting.

If I am lifting on that day I only do 20 mins of cardio. On off days when I am not lifting I do about an hour or so. I use machines cause I have bad knees but I always try to mix it up...

I checked my weight and shit and I'm 156 pounds and 13.5% body fat but, that was after eating a huge dinner. I was really surprised that I was only 156. I haven't started jogging yet because I've been really busy lately. I do feel like I've lost some weight just by eating better.

going from a shitty diet to a good one is the fastest way to get initial results

Yeah I was eating 2 times a day, now I'm eating like 4 times a day and I'm eating stuff that's better for me. I'm not sure if I've lost weight though sence I didn't weigh my self before. My energy threw out the day is 100% better.
