nba draft lottery process?
can someone please explain this to me, i thought there was alot of balls into the lottery machine (more for the weaker teams)
for example,
memphis gets 25% of the total balls in the machine and so on and so on all the way to the clipps with 5% of total balls.
but there are only 14 balls with 14 teams.. how does this favor memphis?>
