Toning/ Muscle Supplements?

Well heres the story. Since the first grade i have played football, baseball and wrestled so I am fairly strong and built. I havent played any sports in over a year since i have graduated. I have put on a few pounds over what used to be my very lean and muscular self. Now i have a new job in a warehouse where i lift 30-50lbs totes and throw them on palletts for 8 hours. I lift and throw and stack around 3000 pallets a day. So i figured to take advantage of this workout of a job i should start taking some supplements. I was wondering what are the best to use to lean out and build muscle. I am 6'0 235lbs so i do not need to bulk up. Im not even that fat. I have a 34" waist. I prefer pills over shakes and other nasty tasting stuff. So if you guys could point me in the right direction, id appreciate it.

Start taking whey proten shakes. Take two scoops and you get almost 50 grams of protein. Do that a couple times a day and thats half of the protein you need during the day. You don't need a fat burner at all, but if you were to take it, I recommend animal cuts. I am taking that right now, and I did a lot of research. No side effects or anything. So again, I say take some whey protein shakes to make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet. If you do what you are doing long enough, you will start to look better.

My buddy who's a body builder told me to take it. He knows every ingredient in every supplement product, and said this is one of the best hes used. Now I dont know what he thinks about animal pak, cause that shit is expensive, but so far this stuff is working.

animal pack is like 20bux

i just dont like them cause they give me bad heartburn and i dont like taking that many pills

Yah there is a lot of pills and thats why a lot of people don't like taking them.

The animal cuts I am taking now the pills kinda smell bad, but I just hold my breath and take em like 4 at a time.
