i weigh 200 lbs as of today 200.5 to be exact. im fucking stoked. i feel a lot better now than i did 4 months ago (before i started working out) even though im a few pounds heavier (lost fat gained muscle). well anyway, just thought id tell you bitches how stoked i am.

well i stopped working out after school was over, im 194, about 3% more bodyfat (now 20) and feel like shit.
finding this thread makes me realize how bad i need to start working out again.

A year ago i was 130. I got to a low of 169 about 4 months ago. I've been taking it easy since then and i'm back up to 180. If i go into the af, I need to get down to 165. I don't think i'll be able to run the requsite 2 miles in 16 mins if i don't drop weight. I never have any problems building muscle, so i'll build myself back up after basic. Seriously, I can work out for a week and i'll have gained 7 pounds of pure muscle.
