I am pretty close to getting a used TSX (silver w/tan int. 6-spd) I was wondering how hard it is to install my radio in the dash.
Also how do ya'll like your TSX's, and how strong of an aftermarket is there?

if you dont get the Navi, i dont think youll run into any probs with an aftermarket radio.
as for aftermarket parts, all the basica bolt on are there (springs,intake, exhaust). there will be more on the way, you have to remember this is still a relatively new car.
why would you want to replace the radio... what more could you ask for then a 6 disc indash? i think ill be keeping my stock radio unless they come out with some kick ass adapter... dont know yet.. replacing the radio is the last thing on my list...
as for aftermarket... like divinewisdom said... you can find lots of bolt on parts... i myself havent found much else besides that...
its a great car man... when you finally decide to get it... youll love it from the start... i still find it hard to believe that i actuall hava a tsx
the only reason i ask about the aftermarket radio is that i currently have a flip up in dash Tv, and ive gotten pretty used to that on long trips so i was wondering if i could put that in.
I test drove the car last night and it is a blast, is that the same engine as in an RSX?
The only problem it has was the cover that covers the cigarette lighter, it doesnt stay shut, any of you had this problem? It would be covered on the warranty right?

im not sure if they make a dash kit for the tsx yet of not... you might be better off getting the tsx with navi.. i know the make a hook up so that you can use the navi screen to watch movies, play games... dont remember where i saw it tho...
the tsx has the k24 where as the rsx has the k20, tsx has the bigger engine
hmm never had your problem with that little cover, mine shuts just fine, but yea the dealer should take car of that

i think it looks really bad but hey whatever you want , it's your car...
also remember unless you change it before you sell the car, you're resale value is going to be shit becuase no on'es going to want that.
