how to replace bulbs?

Sup everyone

Picked up a 99 3.2 about a couple of months ago..one of the seat warmer switch & controls on the steering wheel(volume, cruise control) dont let up at night..when the lights are on? dont think its the fuse cuz the other buttons related, do work. any idea how to fix or replace the bulbs?

just get a new switch for the seat warmer. and i don't think the steering wheel controls have lights in them. or at least mine don't light up either.
