Yes that will fit the TSX just fine if anyone still cares. Stock offset is +55 (17x7 rim).
A more ideal size might be a 235/40/18 tire for the TSX as it's a better match for the OE dia. of 215/50/17.
I believe the A-spec kit runs a 235/45/17 as well. That said I know lots of guys running 225/45/17's as well, it's a hair smaller then OE like the 225/40/18 is, but those tires should work well enough. If anyone has a set to wear out I would use them first. And go to a larger width/aspect ratio on the replacement.
A 16x7rim (+50) will fit wonderfully for snow tires as well...215/55/16
