you can find a head in the classifieds if you search. Search on what it takes to have it done (I'd recommend a qualified mechanic as this is not something for the amatuer mechanic, and I think that you do have to change the ECU. Honda Tuning had an article on it a while back.

those heads make power up high and the 2.4L block is not an easy motor to rev high. while it can be done, it won't make a very reliable motor. if it's a pure race motor that will be torn down and rebuilt after every race, then go for it...but other than that, its not very practical and won't utilize the full potential of the head.

edit: if it's the k24 from the tsx, there are some cams out that make some serious power within the safe revving range of the 2.4L motor. i think it's by crower, but they don't have it listed on their site yet.

The TSX head flows as well as the K20 head from the factory the only difference between the two is the size of the ports, and you only need bigger ones for more power for air to flow up top which the K24 can't rev that high to take advantage of it. And I don't even want to get into the VTC problems with piston to valve clearance. Have the stock K24 VTC gear modified so it can be advanced as high as 45 degrees, get K-PRO, a set of cams, IPS I would recommend, a decent header/exhaust combo, and then you can say hello to 200+ Ft/lbs and 250+whp.

To modify the gear most machine shops can do it, and it runs anywhere from 85-135 bucks.
