Alright guys, I have decided to part it out my 2000 Honda Prelude parts car. The car is in overall good shape with about 90000 miles. The exterior and interior are in good condition. The motor however, has a thrown rod. It is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

It looks like 4 preludes blew up around here so if you need any prelude parts just ask!!

I will try to keep this part out as organized as possible, sending pictures, prices and/or details as soon as I can. Local pick-ups are welcome! Locals also have first dibs on the bigger items. I will be shipping the parts through USPS or Fedex. I accept Paypal (3% fee), money orders, and cash if you are local. Trades are also welcome.

Actually what really is wrong with the car besides the motor? Any damage to the body or other structures?

Besides the motor, just a few things are not right. I checked the carfax and it was in a wreck with a fixed object. That only damaged the undercarriage slightly. The exhaust is cut in half, the airbags are gone, radio is gone, hood is dented/chipped. That's all I can think of....

You dont think the resale value of a complete car would be better than parting out?

BTW, Im still interested in the whole car... let me know if everyone else falls through (and shoot me a number, I may be prepared to offer higher).

Oh hell yeah, the resale value would be way better. This car is in worse shape than you guys know. It's good for individual parts but I would literally be scared to drive this car. It would need new everything except interior and body panels. The underside is in rough shape with rust like you wouldn't believe. I would need new everything to feel good about this car.....I also figure I could learn how to take this car apart even more than I already do. I'm sure it will come in handy with my lude. Today I basically took all of the front end pieces off.....

Dude your crazy, just sell it as-is or even put a motor in it and sell it whole.
