any info on b16 swap, this is my son's car and i was wanting to do a swap for him befor he went to iraq.

Ha again. I did not explain did I. My son's 91 CRX we were looking at putting B16a in it. I have read lots of info on this site which was very good. I thought I read that where the alt. will sit you need to beat the frame in about 1/2 an inch or so. The motor is out of an Integra. I just wanted to chat with others that have so much more experance. Tks. bill

its a pretty easy swap, at first when I did mine I thought it was going to be a pain in the ass but it turned out pretty easy, with help on forums of course. You do have to bang a dent for the alt. and the rear mount location needs to be moved and a dent also has to be put there. If you get a swap get it from www.hmotorsonline.com really good motors. Hasport mounts have a paper telling you where to modify to fit the motor in.
