If you had passed english in school you would know that the plural for 16 is 16's .He didnt mean 16' rims ,DUH

actually i got As in every college english i've taken. that one thing escaped me though.

stfu that's the only time that apostrophes pluralize instead of contracting words or showing ownership. you don't have sixteen's, but you do have 16's apparently. maybe i just always wrote shit out.
i've never made less than a b in english in my life & that was from attendance.
