Hey my 99 civic EX has a window problem. The window rubbers seam to bind up when roling up the windows. Has anyone else had this problem. That is the only problem this car has had since I have owned it. Please help.
Cool. I will definitely try that. If I do not have luck, should I attempt to test the master console? I live in the always-rainy Portland, Oregon and have a feeling water could have gotten into it.
