Use the old thread, who said 4 door grocery getters some how require special treatment?
You four door people remind me of liberal women, they complain that they are not treated as equals (in this case because they don't have a coupe or hatch,) but if someone doesn't give them special treatment, which by the way, doesn't make them equal to everyone else, they get their panties in a twist.

We had over 2000 post, over 50,000 veiws, and allthough the topic was "old" per say it was still very active getting atleast 1 or 2 new post a day. I know we cant bring that one back but just my point of veiw on the matter.

ok i thought id give a little update of my little cracked bumper/exhaust shenanigan here rather than making a new thread. for everyone who doesnt know what the situation was heres the link: new exhaust and a cracked front bumper (PICS 56k maby)
ok, so it turns out the guy at the shop agreed to pay for everything (thank god). so i took my car to aabsolut motorsports and heres a list of everything i got done there:
-fixed crack in bumper
-fixed stress cracks around headlights
-painted the radiator support flat black
-installed foglights
-installed mesh in the side holes next to the foglights
-new bumper supports
the cars kinda dirty so the pics arnt that great but theres an exhaust vid at the end. yes that little rattle is my liscence plate cover. i already addressed the issue.

headlight swap
i haven't really done much to my car, granted i've only had it since the summer and i don't have it at school
i have a 98 civic lx
one thing i want to do is put in some new headlights, probably the type-r JDM gunmetal ones. no matter what i do i want to get new lights since the passenger side one is slightly yellowed for some reason, but either way, one thing i am thinking about is how i am going to physically switch them. as far as i can tell, i am going to need to remove the bumper, and i havent found any threads with much detail of either removing the bumper or replacing the headlights.
any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks

yea, just take off the bumper, and then there is i think 3 bolts that you have to take off (you'll see them when your bumper is off).

First I would say "Go buy a Haynes manual".
but if you really don't want to then, there are 2 10mm bolts under the center of the bumper, one bolt on each side in the wheel wells, and the plastic grommets under the hood. That's how it is on mine anyhow. Then the bumper slides right off, if it doesn't check underneath again for some screws on each side holding the wheel well covers in place. Then there's 2 or 3 bolts that hold the headlights in place. Make sure you get the new lights in close to the stock position as possible, I would mark it some how. That's pretty much it.
