My little ol' 4 door was stolen while I was at work yesterday.I got the call from my wife saying that the police found it completly striped.Yes it did have a alarm on it.These theives are good nowadays.It was missing f&r bumper,head and tail lights,hood,all foor doors,front seats,cd player,fenders,and my blades.So they just left me a frame and motor.The even worse part about this is that I just canceld the insurance on thursday cause I was about to sell it today (which is saturday) to a buudy I work with.So im F*%@!D

That sucks man. What sucks even more is that you have to have full coverage on these cars since the theft rate is so high. This is one of the main reasons I sold my civic. I couldn't deal with watching all the time and having people trying to break in it all the time.

when I had it I was going to get full coverage but my insuance comany said because of the year and the milage on it (145,xxx), if it was totaled or stolen I still would would get close to nothing for it even though it runs or ran like a champ.

I know a guy that had his Civic stolen and got shot at by the guys that took it. CRAZY...
at my body shop, we had this 7 series come in, dude there was blood all in the interior. we asked the tow truck guy wtf happened? the tow truck guy said the dude got rolled up on and got shot in the head. car was stolen but then retreived. it stripped..thas fuckin crazy
That's terrible what happened to your civic. Sounds like you had a lot of money and work and time put into it too. I know if someone stole my civic I'd want to kill them and mines mostly stock (for now)!
