greddy turbo kit users

Please do not move this to the turbo forum

Ok I just bought this homemade kit and it consist of

T25-.48/.49AR
CX Manifold
HF-DSM Adaptor Plate-new
DSM Side Mount Intercooler
Type XS Copy Dual trumpet BOV-new
OBX Boost Gauge-new
StealthMode Oil Line Kit-new
Greddy Blue Box-SOHC model

My question is will I be ok with the greddy blue box for a month or so untill I get one of my many ecu's chipped with uberdata. All I want is around 150 to 160whp on 5-6psi on the greddy blue box.

Also what kinda tq curve am I looking at with this setup on a JDM D15B with 2.25 inlet piping and 2.5 down pipe and exhaust

You'll be ok for a month...but I wouldn't beat on it all the time.

Not sure how the torque curve will look...but if I were you, I'd save up for a better manifold and a BB turbo..

I think I'm gonna hang with the mitsu t25 for a while. It's eff. range is 10 to 14psi and makes around 230 to 240whp there and in the end I want around 230whp so I should be fine.

There is a guy on sohchonda.com that said the turbo would hit full spool between 2200rpm and 3000rpm so I will be content with that for a while

Then comes Uberdata + Beerbong

You mean beerbongkicksass's tune?

I wouldn't use that. It's for a d16z6 with a T3....and he made 230 whp and 203 WTQ...definitely not safe for d-series
