idle problem...again yes i searched

ok i been messing with this for a few weeks now 94 EX d16z6.....the idle would drop real low around 200 rpm then bounce to around 500only when warm, when cold it ran as it should...ok so i checked my electrical connections, then vaccum lines, then finally pull the IAC it looks normal...just incase i replace the iac with a known good iac....still get the rough/flux idle but driving it around for a few weeks i notice it really only gets stumbly when im on the brakes at a stoplight the brake vac lines are ok, the booster has no visible cracks, i am at a loss... do i need to burp the coolant? like maybe there is enough of an air pocket in there to cause the IAC to cool and reheat causing this?

ya, try that... either that or try replacing the hoses and see if there is one that just isnt holding up when the car turns on and runs a long time... like, maybe it collapses under the load?

hmmm...

Try adjusted the Idle control on the throttle body. This might possibly work for you as it did for me.

Did you turn the flat head screw or the nut under the spring/Flapper arm?

Sounds stupid, but how is your alternator and battery
Low voltage will give you these signs

also, I would burp the coolant

no I would actually test the alt. not just use the radio. check the grounds on the water neck and the coolant temp sensor. saturn had a big problem with this when its 20 buck plastic part went bad
