Angry Left shock might be out

How would you be able to tell.It making a weird sound when I turn left.I know its not a cv boot cause I know what that sounds like. But it kindof souds like metal rubbing together or more like bed spings (you know what im talking about)and if you look at it from the front it looks like the left side is slightly lower than the right. What could it be?

It could be a number of problems man if you cant take it apart and look at it then "you" cant find the problem. Just got to take it to a mechanic or go buy a cheep set of craftman tools a floor jack and jack stands and look your self. Its hard to find a problem when you cant look a car is made of metal so a metal on metal noise could be anything. You know what im saying?
