Well, in an attempt to be as unlike you as possible, I agree. I could search google and look for lightweight rims, but if you read the thread, you would know that I already did that. I use this forum to get opinions on things. I could find lightweight rims in a search on google but i'm more likely to get better feedback from people with these rims on there cars. Thanks anyway.

You misunderstand me, opinions are like assholes, everyone has one, this is a internet forum, while I know memebers that have valuable opinions on this subject, if you take a sec, slow down, and use google better there are about a billion reviews on every rim that was ever made.

You want some advice....cast rims are cheap and suck, fordged rims are expensive and are better...there you go...that is about the extent of most of the replies you will receive. You don't need opinions you need facts, search google again and first read about the differences in manufacturing processes for rims and then with that knowledge in hand you will know which companies to buy from and which to avoid.

BTW why exactly do you require lightweight rims? Track sedan, drag sedan, fast grocery getter/ pizza delivery vehicle?

"Well, in an attempt to be as unlike you as possible" I forgot to comment about this, you don't need to attempt at all, unless you have extreem testicular fortitude, an afinity for women, and money (Money and a 92 civic hahahahahah), I don't beleive you have those things in common with me so you can stop attempting to be unlike me, because you never will!

Wow, you're a real ass; but the information about cast and forged (or fordged as you call them ) rims was really helpful. Thanks BITCH

Nothing wrong with cast wheels. The casting process has gotten much better and you can get wheels that are very strong and light. I have a set of 15" cast wheels that only weigh 11.4lbs.

Forged wheels are a waste of money for most people. No point in spending extra money to save 2-3lbs on a wheel when you are still going to strap a 20lb tire to it.

i love my gramlights. i have volk 57c gramlights in gunmetal on my 240. they are 16x8 and about 15lbs. but you gotta pay to play with a nice set of volks. if you don't have the cash just get some rota knockoffs.
