probably a t66 for a d series, and a t88 for a b. both would be a combo of good low end, without choking the motor in the upper rpm's.

^^dude PLEASE DONT LOOK AT THAT KIT! its crap its basicaly a knockoff of a knockoff turbocharger and a very cheap manifold, the piping is crap too. its not what you want to look at or buy. PERIOD. notorious for shitty turbos steer clear from those "kits"
the best turbo would be something small like a garrett "super 60" or a straight t3/t4 .63ar. they will provide very good top end but will suffer in lower rpms if you went with a t3 .48ar you'd spool like a dumbass but run out of power...again at the end of your rpms. both can be found for $400...
but as far as best...id say any GT series, but thats gonna run you $900 with a hook up

first of all nobody can answer his question till he tells us how much power he wants to make. any turbo will work since they are universal

300-400whp or flywheel. and it's more than possible on a single cam. it's called a t3/t4 57 trim turbo. or if you've got big bucks a gt30r.
and do you know how much power that is on a honda? 220whp should be more than enough for you with boost.

220 whp i wud think is lots in our light cars. I'm considering boost, and shooting for 190-200whp on stock internals, i think that is a number that will be safe on my engine, and will be a lot of power in my 99 coupe

190 is too low. aim for 220-240whp and you'd spank evo's/sti's and entry level v8's easily on the highway. make sure you get an lsd. you don't need much more than that amount of power in an daily driven fwd car. anymore than that and i would invest in fwd or rwd platforms. if you've ever driven a modded srt-4 you'll know what i'm talking about.
