MY CAR WON'T START!! NEED MASTER HELP!!

Here's the deal.. I just put a new head on my D15B7 after I found out it was cracked,,, I put a new gude camshaft in the stock head, non-vtec, yes it all works together... Now, I also had taken off my dashboard to paint it white, and here's my problem,,,
When I put my key in the ignition and turn it, the cluster turns on completely, but when I go to start it up, I get nothing. No click, no turns, no anything.. Could I have missed a plug? would the new head have anything to do with this?
I really need help with this ASAP!! C'mon all you master honda guys!!!

I doubt you missed a plug/sensor/vacuum line. I think it is an electrical prob. You didn't mess any of the ignition wires up when you pulled the dash off did you? Also, how is your battery? I think it would be one of those two, is the CEL on?

If you cranked your starter and there was no click(the click comes from the starter selanoid) then the problem lies in the first circuit of the starter(the starter selanoid is in the first circuit, the starter motor in the second) . There is probably high resistance in the circuit(corroded wires that need cleaning or replacing) or an open(a wire in the starting circuit that got cut so now there isn't any elctrical flow). I could rite pages on explaining what could be wrong. The only way you'll know what's goin on in the starting ciricuit is to diagnose with a multimeter if you know how to use one. Okay I'll make it simple, replace the starter selanoid and see what happens.

Try checking your clutch switch for the starter and Fuse. The switch is the top one above the clutch, the bottom is for Cruise control if you have it. Easy test would be to unplug it and jump the connector. If it starts then, you switch is bad. You can also check to see if the starter is getting power when you crank it using a multimeter or test light. It is a black with white stipe. Should only have power when the key is in the start position. I doubt it's your starter or solenoid since the car was fine before you took the dash apart.
