Fast clicks is a result of not enough "power" going to the starter. You stated that you had changed your starter not long ago so I would first check the connections on the starter. I would also )to diagnose the problem and for regular matinence) clean the top of the battery with baking soda ( to neutralize the acid and cut down on a voltage leak which may be a source of your problem and clean your battery terminals. If youve got a multimeter connect it in parralel to the battery, meaning positive to positive and negative to negative and crank the motor, see how low the voltage goes, it shouldnt change more than 2 volts or so and not be below 11.5 volts. Try this and get back to us.
if you are getting clicks, you have enough voltage in your battery, but not enough ccas(cold cranking amps) jump your car and take it to a dealer or somthing and have them run a battery tester on it and most shops have the same stuff my shop has, it is a midtronics battery tester and you can test voltage, cca, charging load and all sorts of stuff on it. that will more than likley diagnose your problem
