Be more specific, just 1 gear, a little grind when ur in your high rpm's when you shift, total grinding and its hard to get it into gear? Elaborate a little more, it will help you get better results!

Venom will become famous soon enough
syncro's are going out. get some gm syncro mesh fluid to use until you either get a new tranny or have the syncro replaced.

could be any number of things...

- poor shifting
- sloppy shifter bushings
- worn motor mounts
- bent shift fork
- need to change tranny fluid

could also be a worn synchro, but based on what I've been reading, that is probably the least likely...
