i should mention though, that i graduated from college a few years ago, and i make pretty decent money these days. paying for this shit isn't nearly as tough now as it was four years ago.


and by the way, it might be a bit before you guys see me back here. i'm in the process of moving (yes, AGAIN!), and i don't know how quickly i can get a phone line set up (little matter of an unpaid bill which i'm disputing). with any luck i'll be back within a week. otherwise, i'll just see you all when i see you.

So to the turbo people tell me what you think of this dyno.

looks like it could use a lil tuning to smooth out the hp and tq curves, but if that is a d motor that is a hell of a dyno

It's not a D or a honda for that matter but I'm kinda proud of it being Me and my freind has done the whole setup by ourselves.

Its a 00 Mitsu Eclipse GS automatic,that 170whp/196wtq is only on 7.5lbs of boost and allmost double the hp it had stock.

I think the reason it is jumping so much is cause it need some 1degree colder plugs and we are going to throw a lil more fuel to it to try an keep it up in the 12 to 13 range in the middle of the rpm range.We are going to swap turbo's also cause the EVO 16g that is on it is being killed by the rev limiter as the EVO dont stop till around 7200rpms and this motor would fly apart up that high.

Hey guys, I got to thinking, even though a turbo b16 would be beast, I got to thinking, why not build the motor Ive always wanted???

Im very serious about selling what turbo pieces I have, in order to buy a crv block..... Think about it, I would have the about the same amount of power I would get with the turbo setup, but be more reliable. Not to metion have a flat tourq curve, thats very nice. And talk about unsuspecting. An IC gives it away, but to have the same power, without all the visual clues sounds even better. Dont know yet, still deciding.

Yahe! I painted my mirrors today. I didnt paint the whole thing, rather, just the front of the mirror housing, ergo, wrx style. Will get pics tomorrow.

Next on the exterior agenda:

-Wheels (in process)
-rear lip
-belt molding (in process)
-yellow fogs
