sorry it took a few days to get back to you on this, work kinda sucks sometimes, especially when it wears me out so much that i sleep for 13 hours. anyway, as far as i know you can't run the stock exhaust system with a B series motor. for one thing the piping and muffler are way too restrictive for the B series. another thing is that i don't think the B series exhaust manifold will bolt up to the D series catalytic converter and exhaust assembly, but i might be wrong about that. that can actually be fixed at a muffler shop, but if you're gonna pay to get something fixed, why not just do the whole thing at once you know?

the AEM short ram that i have on my civic now, i bought it used from a guy who swapped a B18b into his '93 hatch. he had to sell it because it was incompatible with his new motor. from what i understand, you have to use an intake designed for the integra, but it has to be modified because the integra engine bay is oriented differently from the EG civic engine bay.
commador, being the resident B-swapped EG8 guru, please correct any of this if it's wrong.

believe me man, you're not the only one in that boat. i used to want a B 18C swap, turbo, nitrous, all the works. but these days i just like to keep my car running smoothly, and looking clean. not to mention that i want to do all of that while spending as little money as possible. one thing that's kept me on HX rims for so long is the fact that 14" tires are so much cheaper than 15" ones. every time i see the new 5 spokes on the new EX civics i find myself thinking about getting a set, but then i remember that 15" tires are more expensive. dunno how much longer that's going to last though.
and your car looks great man, very clean for its age. very nice find for that price!

If you want to pay for shipping across the US, sure, they are for sale.
And was the intake off a 94-01 integra?? Shorty or CAI??? Either way, it should fit, because under hood eg's and dc2's are identicle, the only thing that could be problematic is that the teg has the big ABS block near where the stock filter box sits, so that may cause a problem, otherwise, it should fit.

Cheaper. Other than that, nothing really. I need that same peice for my drivers door. Luckily I have a smashed up donor car sitting in a junkyard close by waiting for me to pluck it.

seriously dude, PM me a price with shipping for those skirts and let me think about it. oh and i believe that AEM intake is a short rame made for the '92-'95 Civic. i always thought that the DC2 integras and EG civics had the same layout under hood too, but he said that the short ram wouldn't work with his motor for some reason. maybe he's just an idiot? i doubt that though, cause i've talked to him about cars before, and he seems to know his stuff. i do know that the battery on the DC2 sits in the front of the engine bay, maybe that's what the problem was?
