replace 02 sensor, they usually throw that code when they are spent from my experience, oh and although they are cheaper do not use a universal 02, buy vehicle specific. Good luck.

Check the wiring and make sure they are secure inside of the sensor. That was my problem a few weeks ago when mine popped on.

you said you checked the wiring, did you use a dvom and check for resistance values or amp readings on all the wires, and for short to powers and short to grounds? Also check the pigtails of the connectors at both the o2 and at the ecm to see if any are loose. If that checked out fine if you know someone or if you yourself have access to a scan tool check to see what kinda of readings the sensor is putting out. The only other thing is to make sure that that code is definately for the upstream o2 and not the downstream.

Year and model? There's a service bulletin for that code on the GX model only.
